Meerut blue drum murder case: After 126 hearings and 22 witness statements, District Judge Arvind Kumar Mishra ruled that Muskaan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla conspired to kill Saurabh Rajput and concealed his dismembered body inside a drum using concrete and sand.
