Sacsayhuaman is famed for the giant stones and the weird zigzagging walls and is still one of the finest examples of Incan engineering. Its three-tiered walls stretch for roughly 400 metres, with stones as high as 8.5 metres and weighing an estimated 100 to 128 tons.
